Sleep Games, by Pye Corner Audio

Minimalistic electro-ambience sounds echoing through your headphones. The album cover is a perfect description of the feeling that follows: it's dark, it's kinda moist, it's a bit lonely.
But above all that it's one of those works which has a very distinct sound.

The introductory track, which is also the title track, Sleep Games, serves as an establisher towards the entire album mood.
It's composed by a soft rhythm and a synth-melody that I could listen in a dark room, while laying in my bed trying to get the most pleasure of the darkness around me.

Another good track is The Black Mill VideoTape, which having the same distinctive sound has a very different feeling. It's more serious but still catchy.
Then there's Yesterday's Entertainment, which is basically like having something very pretty going around you, trying to get your attention but you can't see because it's so dark. The main synths are as nostalgic as they are beautiful.

For those who like synths, darkness and peace.
